What the hell is “Authentic” food?

Is authenticity the same as traditional? Is it overrated? The whole concept of this is still pretty confusing if you ask me. But, I write anyway because I have a opinion, which might just be "authentic".

I am Back! What am I doing?

So, a year back I started writing this lame-ass food blog called RICESOME. Pretty stupid name, if you ask me. I had no life back then basically. Somehow, I decided to write a post per week until I hit 50 of them. But, what about after that?
