3 Egg Recipes (from the EGGS short film)
If you have studied culinary arts or just had a keen eye towards cooking itself, you would understand that you can’ really subtitute an egg. It is probably the most versatile cooking ingredient that has numerous uses in pastry and culinary. These 3 egg recipes are taken from my short film, “EGGS”. Each dish incorporates the egg in a different way.

Marbled Cheesecake
This is probably the easiest cheesecake recipe I’ve made in my life and the fact that it is not too sweet and well-balanced is just a bonus!

Popcorn 150/-
The initial title of this post was Anti-capitalist popcorn. But, something told me that this phrase will come and bite me a couple of years later in my ass. The whole point of it is that movie theatres sell popcorn for exorbitant prices and this recipe stands as a way to make that at home for 150 INR…………including taxes.

WORLD’S FASTEST SPAGHETTI
Pasta is one of those dishes that I cook on a regular basis. Purely because of it’s prep time to deliciousness ratio. And, that ratio looks real good because there are sauces that you can make before your pasta finishes cooking. Sometimes, it’s not about the freshness and handmade scratch cooking. You deserve something efficient, something that hits the spot!

Berries and Cream
This dish is famous for two reasons: One. It is a recipe that was part of Chef Carl Casper’s expression in the film ‘Chef’ when he cooks in his house. Two. Hopefully it will become famous as the second dish of my ‘Desserts if you hate desserts’ series.
