Mango Kulfi with a Mexican Twist
Usually, I’m not a huge fan of spicy and sweet. Very rarely they both mix so seamlessly. However, if there’s two cultures that figured out how to infuse the two spectrums together into an irresistible seasonal favorite, it’s Indians and Mexicans. The ice cream flavor that beats all the others this summer!……..except for chocolate. That still rules!
